The fence and part of the yard of the Vukčević family house in Beogradska Street 53, in Podgorica, next to which the construction of a four-story residential building had begun, collapsed on Sunday around 19.00:XNUMX p.m.
The owner, Lidija Vukčević, told the "News" that last night the municipal police, as well as police officers, advised them not to spend the night in the house.
In the meantime, the inspection was informed about everything, which, according to Vukčević, should go to the field.

"Last night around seven o'clock, as if there was an earthquake, it started to crack... a ten-meter fence collapsed, the complete fence that existed between me and the construction site, that plinth wall, and the net that they installed, everything that's gone," Vukčević told "Vijesti".
During the demolition, he says, the slab poured in the yard, where there is a table and chairs for resting on nice days, also cracked.
"The slab completely cracked and part of the ground completely collapsed," she said.
As she said, after everything happened last night, she tried to get the municipal police and the urban planning and construction inspection.

"There was no chance for me to get the utility company, the construction inspection as well... nobody answered... Through the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP), and the intervention service, I only managed to connect with someone from the utility company. They showed up and just told us to get out of the house. I also called the police, and they came and told us to get out of the house, to spend the night somewhere else... as if we were to leave the house, and let the house collapse. I received a construction inspection this morning, someone will go out to the field," Vukčević told "Vijesti".
She reminded that, according to the documentation that approved construction on the plot next to hers, the construction line is two meters long.
"It was supposed to be at two meters, but it wasn't at two meters, they dug everything up, they came right next to our foundation," she said.

The investor on the plot next to Vukćević, at number 51, is "CK Group Investment" from Podgorica. The company received the consent of the Chief State Architect in mid-June last year, while the construction was reported to the urban-building inspection of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism on November 10.

As stated on the construction board, the building with an area of over 4.300 square meters is being built on urban plots 2b.19 (KP 2532/2 and 2531/1) 2b.20 (KP 2532/1), Block 2, sub-block b, in the scope of DUP "Gorica C", KO Podgorica II. According to the same data, the works started in December 2022, while completion is planned for September 2024.
Tenants of the part of Beogradska Street where Vukčević's house is also protested a few days ago because of the construction of a four-story building in their neighborhood. Earlier, they turned to the urban planning and construction inspection, which, as they said at the protest a few days ago, determined that everything was fine.
They also appealed to the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism with the initiative to put the DUP "Gorica C" out of force and stop construction on the urban plots UP19 and UP20 of that plan. The initiative for the evaluation of the correctness and legality of the preparation of the DUP "Gorica C" was sent to the Chamber of Engineers. The Ministry and the Chamber have not yet commented on the tenants' initiatives.
"Vijesti", following the information about the demolition of the land in Beogradska 53, sent questions to the department of the minister in the technical mandate, Ana Novaković Đurović, that is, to the urban planning and construction inspection.
