The investor "CK Group", which is building a residential building with an area of over 4.300 square meters in Beogradska Street in Podgorica, was prohibited from carrying out any further work, except for work related to the elimination of irregularities, after part of the yard on the plot next to theirs was demolished on Sunday evening.
This was told to "Vijesta" by the urban planning and construction inspection of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism.
"The urban planning and construction inspection carried out inspection supervision over the construction of the building of the investor CK group in Beogradska Street, for which a construction application was previously submitted in accordance with Article 91 of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction. Given that the on-site construction inspection found demolition of the surrounding terrain, the urban planning and construction inspector ordered the restoration of the terrain to its original state, as well as the undertaking of all necessary actions to ensure the safety and security of the wide excavation of the foundation pit and the protection of the environment, neighboring buildings and infrastructure," said the inspection.
The fence and part of the yard of the Vukčević family house in Beogradska Street 53, in Podgorica, next to which the construction of a four-story residential building had begun, collapsed on Sunday around 19.00:XNUMX p.m.
