Minister of Health Dragoslav Šćekić unequivocally supported the repressive measures implemented by the acting director of the Herceg Novi Health Center Aleksa Đekić and the rest of the management, saying that health workers need to maintain order and that Đekić did this well in the municipal police.

"Such a statement by the head of the Ministry of Health is, to say the least, scandalous. To put it mildly, it is irresponsible to speak in this way to people who, while doing their job, got sick themselves, lost their loved ones and came back to work to help their fellow citizens ", he writes in the reaction.

They say that they don't need to be put in order, because they come to work on time and do the best they can in the conditions "that the dysfunctional health system allows, and we stay longer than working hours."

They claim that the Health Center is hiring without a competition, without systematization and contrary to normative acts, as well as that there are a number of unusual things such as the refusal of the secretary to entertain the complaints of employees and the prohibition of moving away from the institution more than 7 meters during breaks.

They also complain about mobbing and "constant torture" of the director, medical director and acting head nurse.
