In Montenegro, in the past 48 hours, one person died as a result of the coronavirus, and 89 new cases of infection were registered.
The Institute for Public Health (IJZ) announced that their and other public and private laboratories that deal with the diagnosis of coronavirus infection, in the last 48 hours, completed the analysis and submitted results for 705 samples.
The newly discovered cases are from Podgorica 24, Nikšić 19, Herceg Novi ten, Pljevlja seven, Budva and Tivat six each, Bijelo Polje four, Bar, Beran and Kotor two each, and one each from Cetinje, Andrijevica, Danilovgrad, Mojkovac, Plužine, Rožaj and Šavnik.
As announced on the Twitter account of the IJZ, the recovery of 24 patients was reported in the past 116 hours.
The total number of active cases in Montenegro is 356.
