In the last 24 hours, 73 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Montenegro, and no deaths related to covid infection were recorded during that period.
The Institute for Public Health (IJZ) announced that their and other public and private laboratories dealing with the diagnosis of coronavirus infection completed the analysis and submitted results for 650 samples on Wednesday.
The newly discovered cases are from Podgorica 23, Nikšić 22, Herceg Novi seven, Pljevlja five, Beran four, Budva three, Bar, Danilovgrad and Tivat two each, and one each from Cetinje, Kotor and Mojkovac.
As announced on the Twitter account of the IJZ, the recovery of 24 patients was reported in the past 67 hours.
The total number of active cases in Montenegro is 401.
