Prime Minister Dritan Abazović said that Montenegro inherited the best relations with all its neighbors.
He said this during a meeting with the British ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Julian Riley, and the British ambassador to Montenegro, Karen Maddox, according to a statement from the Government of Montenegro.
"During the conversation, it was pointed out that Montenegro is a country that is an example of friendship with all the countries of the Western Balkans, including Bosnia and Herzegovina," the announcement states.
Abazović said that, in addition to NATO and the EU, it is one of the pillars of Montenegrin foreign policy.
"The interlocutors emphasized that, through technical support, the United Kingdom contributes significantly to the fight against organized crime and corruption in the region, which is best demonstrated by the achieved results," the Government's announcement states.
