The President of the Democratic People's Party, Milan Knežević, sent his congratulations to the head of the Islamic Community in Montenegro, Rifat Fejzić, the spiritual leadership, Mešihat and all members of the Islamic faith, on the occasion of the coming Eid al-Fitr.
He said that after the trials of spirit and body during the month of Ramadan, this Islamic holiday reaffirms all-time human values and messages in the light of the greatest pledge of the prosperity of Montenegro, multi-confessional harmony and harmony, which guarantee civil peaceful coexistence, tolerance and reconciliation throughout the country."
"Ramadan Eid marks the victory of peaceful Montenegro, it guarantees a bright future for all faiths, which, even in these turbulent events, know and are able to rise above transience, respecting national and religious diversity in every age, even in this time," Knežević said.
Knežević adds that we must not forget that Bajram bears the most beautiful seal of a family holiday, with the affirmation of the family as the basic cell of every progressive society, a betterment for the whole of Montenegro and members of all religions and nations.
