The Center for Democratic Transition announced that the latest outburst of hatred towards Bosniaks must be prosecuted urgently, because public incitement to hatred and violence is a criminal offense and a reason for a quick and efficient response by the police and the prosecution.
They said this on the occasion of the publication of Miloš Ostojić, the president of the Audit Board of "Luke Bar" AD, on his private Facebook account, in which a series of insults against Bosniaks were presented, calling Islam a false religion.
"It remains the only method of general prevention, in this society where religious and ethnic hatred is normalized, and public condemnations have no impact," the Center for Democratic Transition said in a statement on Twitter.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Management of "Luke Bar" AD announced that the procedure for the dismissal of Ostojić will be initiated immediately.
"Luke Bar" said that they condemn his statement and that they "distance themselves from it with indignation".
