The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism announced that in Bar, at the Mali Pijesak location, the demolition of an illegally built building on the first line to the sea, in the Morski Dobr zone, continued today.
They point out that the facility is in the DUP zone "Veliki pijesak", which does not foresee the construction of facilities in that area.
"The administrative procedure was carried out in accordance with the powers of the urban construction inspection, in accordance with all positive regulations, which define inspection supervision," the announcement states.
The demolition is carried out by the company "Protection of Space", and there are also police officers on the ground, who secure the building.
"In the coming weeks, the Ministry will continue the demolition of buildings, in accordance with the plan and regulations," the statement concludes.
