On the local road to the Topliš water source in Krtoljsko polje, in hitherto untouched nature, unscrupulous individuals created two large wild garbage dumps - primarily construction waste and old furniture.
Although the citizens reported the existence of these two wild landfills, the authorities in Tivat did not remove them even after almost twenty days.
The appearance of wild dumps on the road to Prerma Topliš was reported to the local administration on April 28 and through the official System 48 of the Municipality of Tivat, but after only an hour and a half from the report, it was, as stated, "successfully closed" with a message to the applicant that "to resolve this complaint you should contact the competent inspection authorities".
