On the occasion of the celebration of the jubilee - 90 years of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro (UCG), the promotion of the new edition of the "Collection of Laws, a magazine for legal theory and practice" was held.

It is added that in this context "Pravni zbornik", as the oldest Montenegrin journal for legal theory and practice, leaves lasting value for future generations through the written scientific and intellectual word.

"The chief and responsible editor of the magazine, Branislav Radulović, presented the works of 23 authors and reminded of the historical dimension of the Association of Lawyers of Montenegro and the "Pravni Zbornik". the ideals of the magazine's founder and emphasized that the coming time will increase the role of the "Law Collection" so far, to develop creative critical thought on its pages, a work frozen in the present," the announcement states.

This is the only way, he said, that "Pravni zbornik" will competently and successfully carry out its professional and cultural mission in the coming period, and will continue to be "a treasury of Montenegrin legal heritage".

"Nikola Dožić greeted the participants of the promotion on behalf of the UCG Faculty of Law and presented the work of the Law Clinic, which through practical student work, provides free legal assistance to the most vulnerable categories of the population," the announcement states.

The lecture on the topic: "Legal and political thought of Duke Gavro Vuković," on the occasion of the Jubilee of the Association of Lawyers and 150 years since the graduation of the first Montenegrin lawyer, was held by Sonja Tomović - Šundić, a professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences.

"She emphasized the importance of the legal, literary, and especially diplomatic work of Duke Gavr Vuković and the importance of his exceptional personality for the construction of modern Montenegro and presented his significant creativity and creation through a speech," said the Association of Lawyers.

HE Veselko Grubišić, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia in Montenegro, deans of law faculties, representatives of the academic community, judges, lawyers and students of the Faculty of Law, as well as representatives of public and cultural life, attended the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the "Law Code", they add.

"Pravni zbornik", in the new edition, was printed on over 400 pages and in a circulation of 300 copies.

"The magazine is not commercially distributed, but is delivered free of charge to authors, libraries, courts, and faculties.
