The former executive director of the Regional Waterworks of the Montenegrin Coast, Josip Đurašković, was illegally removed from that position in June last year, the Basic Court of Cetinje decided.
Đurašković submitted the judgment of that court to "Vijesta" on May 15.
On the other hand, the court rejected the request that the Board of Directors of the aforementioned company reinstate Đurašković to the position of executive director.
"The court can only order the defendant employer to return the employee to work, while assigning the employee to appropriate jobs falls within the domain of the employer's autonomous regulation," the explanation states.
