Podgorica "Purity” paid out over 380 euros in the name of donations, sponsorships and assistance in four years, and the former management ordered the employees to delete data on who the money was given to.
The amount of over 380, as the president of the Board of Directors of "Čistoće" told "Vijesti" Milan Vukadinović, refers to the period when he was at the head of that utility company Andrija Čađenović (DPS). Of that, in the last year and in five months of this year, according to Vukadinović, "Čistoća" gave over 185 in donations, sponsorships and aid.
According to the documentation that "Vijesti" had access to, the analytical account cards do not contain all the information about whose accounts the payments were made to, and the accounting department of "Čistoće" claims that this is because they are deleted from 2021 at the request of the management and former CEO.
"The management of the company, led by the executive director Andrija Čađenović and the then president of the Board of Directors Stanislav Martinović have verbally demanded from 2021 that the names of the persons to whom the payments were made should not appear on the accounts of donations, donations and assistance to individuals and legal entities", according to the statement made by the head of the accounting department Dragana Vasić delivered to Vukadinović on June 19.
Čađenović, whose mandate as executive director expired on June 13, did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" regarding these allegations.
According to unofficial information from the newsroom, there are decisions in "Čistoća" based on which payments were made. Yesterday, the Company did not respond to "News" in this regard. Yesterday, "Vijesti" sent that company a request for free access to information for inspection of decision records, for the period from the beginning of 2021 until June 13, when Čađenović's mandate ended.
"Čistoća" did not answer whether they had published information about payments on the website.
Work reports from 2014 to 2021 are available on the website. The last one, from 2021, however, is not opened for some reason, and the report from 2020 does not contain data on donations, assistance and sponsorships, but in it, in one sentence, it is only mentioned that the Company provided assistance to employees in that year.
The Company's statute was not published on the "Čistoće" website. The statute is available on the website of the Capital City Assembly and the current one was adopted in mid-December 2021. There is no information in it that refers to the policy of "Cleanliness" in connection with giving donations and other types of assistance to individuals and legal entities.
There is no data on donations in the financial statements, nor in the notes accompanying those statements for last year, which are available on the website of the Revenue and Customs Administration. Data on donations are not even mentioned in the management report of "Čistoće" for 2022, which was adopted by the previous Board of Directors on March 30.
"Since Čađenović has been the executive director, the company 'Čistoća' has paid out 383.706 euros for various sponsorships, donations and assistance. Of this amount, 185.043 euros were paid out in the past and five months of this year alone," said Vukadinović.
According to the documentation that "Vijesti" had access to, that Podgorica utility company paid 55.470 euros in the name of donations, sponsorships and assistance to individuals and legal entities during the last year and in the first half of this year.
From January 1 to December 31, 2022, 225 euros were paid as assistance to individuals and legal entities, through 35.570 transactions, while from the beginning of 2022 to June 13, when the mandate of the former executive director expired, on the same basis, it The company paid 91 euros through 12.800 transactions to several accounts. The data shows that the payments involved are in the amounts of 100, 150 and 200 euros, but there are also payments of 300 and 500 euros in the records.
On the last day of the former executive director's term, EUR 150 was paid from the Company's account to help individuals and legal entities.
According to the same data, about 2022 euros were paid from the sponsorship expenses account in 3.200. For the largest number of transactions, there is no data on who they refer to. It can be seen that 19 euros were paid from the "Čistoće" account on April 500 last year for the show "Dnevnica".
The editors were also provided with a document according to which, during May, "Čistoća" paid 1.200 and 2.500 euros for two non-governmental organizations, and 200 for one fishing company - a total of 3.900 euros for May, two weeks before, from the "other non-material costs/donations" account. the expiration of the term of office of the former executive director.
A few days ago, Vukadinović told "Vijesta" that Čađenović did not leave behind a full cash register, that there are debts and unpaid claims, and that on the last day of his mandate, there were 40 thousand euros in the account of "Čistoće" and that the payment of the June salaries to employees.
Čađenović did not respond to "Vijesta" at that time either, but subsequently stated in his response that if the salary for June is not paid, it will be the sole responsibility of the new management, not his. He also denied the claims of the Board of Directors that there is a debt to suppliers, and for the purchase of phones for the members of the previous Board of Directors, for which the remaining installments should be paid for the next year and a half, he said that in those devices, the members of the Board "had both personal data and data related to the work of the company they managed, as well as that for these reasons they did not find it appropriate to discharge them in such a state". "Certainly, they expressed their willingness to take over the payments for the remaining installments for the phones," he said.
The board of directors, among other things, accused Čađenović of leaving behind vehicles for transporting municipal waste that have not been registered "for almost a full year."
