Director of the Communal Company in Bijelo Polje Muradif Grbović filed a criminal complaint against the councilor of the Europe Now Movement Andrije Delić due to, as he stated, a series of violations during the raid on that company the day before yesterday.
The counter-report came after Delić filed a criminal complaint a day earlier due to the fact that several tons of asphalt ended up on the premises of the company after patching potholes, and then covered with slag. Delić claimed that he encountered resistance when trying to enter the circle of the company, after which the police intervened. Grbović said that there was no hiding, but that everything was done according to the regulations and that there was no hiding of the asphalt.
In the criminal report to the Prosecutor's Office, Grbović stated that Delić committed a number of offenses because, without the prior approval of an authorized person, he invaded the property owned by the Komunalno "Lim" company, which is the area of the former "Transservis".

"After the unauthorized break-in, Delić took photos and videos inside this company without prior approval. By acting like this, he upset the employees of that company, who, despite everything, behaved in accordance with good practice and did not oppose Delic," said Grbović.
Grbović said that due to the presentation of false information and the submission of initiatives to the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he will file a criminal complaint against Delic for false reporting, which will be determined during the procedure.
"The background of this behavior of the PES councilor is a product of religious and national intolerance towards a member of the Bosniak nation, which will be the subject of a special criminal procedure that I will personally initiate," Grbović states.
In the criminal report to the Department of Security, Delić stated that on July 4, he received photos of discarded asphalt from a friend, which show that there is asphalt next to a pile of slag and ash, which were taken on June 20.
"As I learned from the workers, about 5-6 tons of asphalt were delivered there, which was then, a day later, covered with slag and ash, in order to hide it," said Delić.
He explained that the day before yesterday, he visited a company founded by the Municipality, in order as a councilor, in accordance with Article 53 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, to make sure on the spot whether the mentioned statements about the delivered asphalt were correct, but that he encountered resistance from the management within the company with whom he tried to communicate.
