Three days ago, Delić broke into the premises of that company and discovered that the asphalt that was allegedly left over from patching potholes had been delivered to the utility area, and Grbović responded to his report to the police with a counter-report.
"Instead of letting the public know how the asphalt came to be dumped and the roads are in a catastrophic condition, Grbović made unfounded claims that religious and national intolerance is allegedly behind my report. The citizens of Bijelo Polje know that a message could never be heard from our ranks that could be interpreted in the way that Grbović did, but since he is aware of the omission, he uses baseless accusations to hide his irresponsibility and incompetence behind them," he said. is Delić in the application.
Delic said that Grbovic still admitted that he had the right to enter the circle of the company.
"What is worrying is that after Grbović's statement, there were threats and insults against me on his personal profile, about which I informed the police. I'm sure people reacted that way because they don't have enough information, and not because there's any other motive behind it. Officials must have a sense of responsibility, not just a sense of privilege as some individuals are used to. Director Grbović should deal more with unregistered and damaged vehicles in the company, the poor status of workers in terms of paying contributions and better protection at work, the accumulated debt of the company and the like. He must understand that Komunalno is not his personal company, but a citizen's company, that's why it is called "public", so he must behave accordingly", said Delić.
He noted that Grbović had already 'proved himself' as the director of Montecargo, in which he only managed to incur a huge debt and provide himself with an apartment on favorable terms.
"Additionally, after he was fired for incompetence, he sued his own company for unpaid annual leave. Because of all this, he was "retired" to a local company and obviously did not expect that anyone would deal with his (non)work at that place, but monitoring the work of public companies is our regular practice and we will continue regardless of the pressures and insults we are exposed to. , especially where we believe that unprofessional personnel with dubious diplomas have been appointed", Delic said, adding that he hopes that the Prosecutor's Office will do its job and establish the truth.
He reiterated that it is inconceivable that asphalt, at a time when rural roads are in a catastrophic state, ends up in waste, hidden by slag.
Grbović previously said that there were not five to six tons left from patching the holes, as Delic claimed, but about half a ton, which was temporarily handed over there, and that it will be transported to the landfill in Kumanica, and that everything was done publicly, with order of the Secretariat for Communal Affairs and Traffic.
