Mail: Payment of child benefits in the usual way, if the recipient is not at the address, a notification is left

The payment of child allowances for children up to 18 years of age was organized in the usual way this month as well, the Post of Montenegro announced.

They said that they addressed citizens' interest in the dynamics of payment of child allowances and comments that are present on social networks.

"Therefore, the payment of child allowances is made in accordance with the contract concluded with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. Postmen pay child allowances at the address of the beneficiary. If the recipient is not at the address during the payment attempt, the postman leaves a notification: "Report of arrival", which contains information at which post office and within which period the recipient can withdraw the money," the Post's announcement states.

From that institution, they stated that their colleagues these days also make other types of payments to beneficiaries (pensions, material security, allowances for mothers...), which, they add, somewhat determines the dynamics of the payment of child allowances.

"Also, we ask users to keep in mind that the tourist season is in progress, which is the cause of a significantly increased volume of work, but also the fact that our colleagues, regardless of the extremely high temperatures, i.e. the currently difficult working conditions, are trying to complete the assumed obligations as soon as possible. Respecting the suggestions of users and their need for a faster and simpler process of payment of this income, the Post of Montenegro, in cooperation with the competent ministry, took the necessary measures to establish the payment of child allowances in the post offices at the locations of the users' residences This method of payment will be much more comfortable for users. We believe that it will be implemented soon, although the implementation of this project does not depend exclusively on the Post of Montenegro," the announcement reads.

They stated that they pay special attention to user suggestions when it comes to queues in front of their branches and that they are doing everything possible at this moment to ensure a better and faster organization of the overall process of payment of child allowances.

"We would like to remind you that due to the large number of payments in Podgorica, the Post of Montenegro, as we informed the public earlier, has enabled payments at the newly opened post office in Konik for users belonging to the settlements of Konik, Stari aerodrome - Ulica Veljka Vlahovića (odd numbers), Masline, Murtovina, Zlatica, Kakaricka gora, Piperi, Zatrejabač, Doljane, Rogami, Vranjske njive, Fundina and Donja Vrbica. In post office 81102 in near the Žaljeznica station, four payment counters have been operating for some time instead of two, as was the case previously. All individual complaints are resolved in the shortest possible time, so we ask users to contact us at the Call Center number 19895 or email info@postacg.me," concludes the Post's announcement.
