The Municipality of Tivat and the trade union organization of administrative bodies have signed a Collective Agreement for employees in the Municipality of Tivat.
That act was signed by the President of the Municipality Željko Komnenović and president of the Trade Union Organization of the local administration of Tivat Fani Radimiri.
"For the first time, the Municipality of Tivat and its employees signed a document regulating the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees and employers in accordance with the Labor Law, the General Collective Agreement and other general acts. This act protects and secures greater rights of employees and defines all benefits in accordance with the Labor Law", the Municipality of Tivat announced on the occasion.
The collective agreement in the local self-government bodies of Tivat entered into force on June 30, 2023, and was signed for an indefinite period.
