In Montenegro, in the previous seven days, 18 new cases of coronavirus were registered, and during that period, no deaths related to covid infection were recorded.
The Institute for Public Health (IJZ) announced that their and other public and private laboratories, which deal with the diagnosis of coronavirus infection, completed the analysis and submitted results for 1.184 samples from Wednesday to Tuesday.
The IJZ stated on Twitter that seven newly discovered cases are registered in Kotor, five in Budva, three in Podgorica, and one each in Berane, Nikšić and Rožaj.
Four patients are said to have recovered.
Taking into account all newly discovered cases, as well as the number of recoveries, the total number of currently active cases of COVID-19 in Montenegro is 18.
