Radnik doo "Komunalno Lim" Vladan Kojović claims that, after his allegations in the "News" and reports to the competent services about illegal activities in that company, the director Muradif Grbović dealt with him by punishing him by transferring him from the position of operator of construction machinery to the position of worker emptying containers.
The director of that company, Grbović, told "Vijesti" that everything in that company was done according to the law.
The inspection had previously reacted after the claims of the employee Kojović in a statement given to "Vijesti" about the admission of 10 people without a competition, with the promise that they would be employed if they voted for a certain political party.
Kojović said that after a series of inconveniences, he was forced to leave the company, and that on August 1, the director forced him to switch from the position of operator of construction machines to the position of worker emptying communal containers.
Because of everything, he filed a complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje.
Kojović previously claimed that workers in the company drive unregistered vehicles that are several decades old, which puts the lives of workers at risk, who cannot claim damages in case of accidents at work, pointing out that it happened that workers had accidents at work, but that they were not could collect insurance because they were driving unregistered vehicles.
He emphasized that an unregistered vehicle crosses the Dobrakovo border crossing almost every day. He also claimed that since the arrival of the director in April, 18 new employees have been hired.
He reminded that director Grbović claimed that he had not employed workers in the last few months, and that the inspection established that during the last election campaign, he had 'brought in' 18 workers without the approval of the Ministry of Finance, through the private agency "Nice job", and bypassing the competition through the Institute for employment.
Kojović said that he was called by his superior in May Mervan Hasanović and said that they had a meeting, which was attended by director Muradif Grbović, Senad Pačariz, Ragip Softić and union president Predrag Cvijović.
"At that meeting, we were told that 'whoever reports that the vehicle is unregistered can go home freely because they are eating bread from that company and thus undermining the foundations of the company.' Then Ragip Softić took out a copy of the application and said that we are not signing it because they have their own lawyers and they are going to overturn everything in court. Then he began to threaten, uttering the words "who will report the company, and we will find out who is the one reporting and that person will be sanctioned.
"All my allegations were examined by competent inspections and found to be correct," said Kojović, explaining that he spoke publicly because of the threat to the lives of workers who drive unregistered vehicles, which are several decades old.
He explained that the meeting ended with the fact that due to the frequency of fines for unregistered vehicles, the director said that in this way the police declared war on the utility company.
He claims that unregistered vehicles continue to cross the Dobrakovo border crossing, even after writing to "Vijesti" about this problem, specifying that it is a loader.
"After my allegations in the media, Grbovic began to persecute me and on July 20 he forced me to switch from the position of operator of construction machines, for which I was trained as a traffic technician, to the position of a physicist who will empty containers. On the same day, I was given an annex to the contract for that position, with the fact that the position of operator of construction machines still exists, that is, it was not abolished but was systematized last year.
Due to the blackmail of 'accept or quit', since I have two minor children and a pregnant wife, I agreed and on August 1st I signed the amendment to the annex to the employment contract and initiated a lawsuit in court, so that on August 2nd the Employment Office would publish a public advertisement for my previous job position - operator of construction machines", Kojović said.
He claims that Grbović, in addition to revenge, does everything on a religious, national and political basis, because in a few months he hired 18 workers solely on that basis, that he has nothing against his colleagues, but he has against injustice and illegal work.
He pointed out that his statements, as far as employment is concerned, were confirmed by the labor inspection, which found that Grbović, who claimed that he had not hired any workers, had hired 18 workers in the few months since he became director.
Kojović pointed out that, like the majority of workers, the length of service, 5-6 years or more, was not paid.
He concluded that due to suspicion of bias, he requested the exemption of the Republic Inspector for Labor and Labor Relations Sonja Rakonjac.
Grbović: Let Kojović say that he drove an unregistered vehicle for years
The director of "Komunalno Lim" doo Muradif Grbović said that Kojović's claims were incorrect, and that everything in the company was carried out in accordance with the law.
"I have no reason to worship him, because his claims are baseless and false, so they don't touch me." The annex is a normal phenomenon in every company and they serve for the smooth running of work. "His annex is only for the workplace he already worked, so if it wasn't revenge then, why would it be now," Grbović said.
Regarding the employment allegations, he said that several new workers were hired in the last few months, but there was also an outflow due to the retirement of several workers, as well as the termination of contracts.
"I don't know their national commitment. I see that the number of employed people is constantly changing, I guess it suits someone to tell the truth. I can't give you the exact number of those employed right now, but it is certainly significantly less than what this worker claims. As for unregistered vehicles, I think Kojović is the right address to say why he drove an unregistered vehicle for years until two or three months ago," he said.
Regarding the announced advertisement, he clarified that it was given to the position for which there is approval from the Ministry of Finance "even before my appointment as director" and that it is a machinist, so the filling of that position was planned much earlier.
He emphasized that as a director he makes a big contribution to register vehicles as soon as possible, noting that he found such a situation when he took over as director in April.
"Thus, a roller that was not registered for a whole decade is now registered, and a large number of machines were at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, so those vehicles are also registered," concluded Grbović.
