Executive Director of the Coal Mine Milan Lekic he has the highest salary among the directors of Pljevlja, of which only the heads of educational institutions in that city cannot boast that the position they perform also brings them a good salary.
This is shown by data from the property register, which local officials submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
Lekić is also the president of the Municipal Board of the New Serbian Democracy in Pljevlje, and he is a mining engineer by profession.
He submitted his property certificate to the Agency recently, for the second time this year, after he submitted an application for the position of councilor of Nova in the local parliament due to incompatibility of functions.
Lekić reported that in April, May and June of this year, as the executive director of Rudnik uglja, he earned between 3.824 and 3.856 euros per month, four times more than the directors of educational institutions in that city.
Lekić's salary is three times higher than the salary of the president of the Municipality of Pljevlja and his party mate Daria Vraneš, who receives 1286 euros.
Lekić has 52.680 euros in his current account, almost eighteen thousand euros more than he stated in the property record that he submitted to the Agency for the first time this year.
In the property register, he stated that he owns a 120-square-meter house, a 63-square-meter cottage, a 7-hectare field, and a 308-year-old Peugeot 12 car. Lekić gave his consent to access data on the accounts of banking and other financial institutions.
And Lekić's wife Gordana she recently became the director of the municipal company Čistoća. There is no information on the Agency's website about the full salary of the director of Čistoća, except that she received 614 euros for the ten days of June, which she spent at the head of the company in that month. In the property record, the salary of 1.000 euros was stated while she was working in the Municipality of Pljevlja.
Her predecessor Saša Ječmenica, a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists, who was the director of Čistoća until June 21, earned between 1.188 and 1.917 euros per month.

Spouses Lekići are not the only married couple in Pljevlja who sat in director's chairs.

Acting director of the municipal enterprise Vodovod Biljana Đondović in her property record submitted to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, she did not state how much she earned as the director of the Waterworks, considering that she was elected acting director only on June 19.

Director of the company Grijanje Mervan Avdovic he reported earnings of 1.365 euros. In addition to his basic salary, Avdović earned 1.400 euros from EPCG in seven months for membership in the working group for the heating of Pljevlja. His wife, who works at the Labor Bureau in Pljevlja, earned 460 euros a month. Avdović is the owner of two houses of 70 square meters that he acquired by purchase, as well as a meadow with a total area of about 46.000 square meters.

In the property record of the acting director of the municipal enterprise Local Roads Darko Gačević there is no information about his monthly earnings, given that he was only recently elected to that position.
He reported that he owns an apartment of 54 square meters and that he pays off a housing loan of 31.000 euros in monthly annuities of 227 euros. Until recently, the director of Local Roads Dragan Jovovic he received a salary of 1.072 euros. He stated that in April he earned 3.240 euros based on the payment of the executed court verdict.
Acting Director of the "Stevan Samardžić" Library Bojana Đacic has earnings of 1.005 euros, while her predecessor is Džina Bajčeta received a salary higher by 150 euros.

Lowest earnings
Primary and secondary school principals have the lowest earnings among Pljeval principals. Their earnings last year were around 850 euros, and this year they are about a hundred euros more.
