The Freelancer Union of the Clinical Center supported Igor Rmandić, the president of the Independent Police Union.
After 27 years of work in the Police Directorate, Rmandić received a decision to transfer from Herceg Novi to Bijelo Polje.
"Rmandić's example is another proof of the dictatorial manners of the new rulers who rewrote the matrix of their predecessors who also moved their 'unfit' officials hundreds of kilometers from their homes and families. Rmandić proved courage, justice and solidarity in his professional and trade union activities and was among the first to support against any oppression and violation of labor and trade union rights throughout Montenegro. The director of the Montenegrin police, contrary to the Labor Law, the Branch Collective Agreement, the European Convention on Human Rights and the UN Declaration on Human Rights, directly attacked the president of a trade union because of his trade union The director of the police shows us that with these acts, Montenegro is immediately included in the ranks of dictatorships and countries where basic human and trade union rights are violated," says the statement signed by the president of the Freelance Workers' Union of the Clinical Center Željko Milićević.
It is added that this union will give full contribution and solidarity to Rmandić and all the help he needs in the protection of personal and union rights.
