The Ministry of Capital Investments (MKI) has announced that it is a series of flat-out information that will be found in the response of the Special State Prosecutor's Office regarding the criminal complaint filed today by GI Zdrava Mojkovac against the relevant Minister Ervin Ibrahimović and the State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Admir Šahmanović. (SDT).
"Due to the importance of truthful information of citizens and the public's right to know, and in connection with today's announcement and the criminal complaint filed by a certain NGO against Ervin Ibrahimović, Minister of Capital Investments and Admir Šahmanović, State Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, we point out that it is a series of very flat-rate information that will have its epilogue in the SDT's response," the statement of the MKI states.
They reminded that this is a deal concluded in 2010, and that the very fact that the contract has six annexes speaks volumes about the complexity of the project, which, as the announcement says, was supposed to have very significant effects on the economic and economic development of Mojkovac and creation of new jobs.
They pointed out that they are looking for a solution to the situation in question through intensive communication with other relevant departments and that they insist on adopting a common position of the Government.
"We assure the public that the MKI acts in the best interest of the citizens and the state of Montenegro and that in the coming period, in this and all other cases, we will act with the necessary amount of caution and so that our hasty decisions do not cause any harmful consequences for the environment, but also for the state budget," the statement added.
They pointed out that the Ministry of Capital Investments carries out all its work with full attention and concern for environmental protection, and therefore respects every citizen and organization to protect their right to a healthy environment in this way.
They concluded that the moment of filing the criminal complaint is much more political than ecological in nature, "bearing in mind that it fits perfectly into the type and form of the current media campaign against Ervin Ibrahimović."
