A group of citizens protesting in front of the Nikšić General Hospital ended the protest after an hour and scheduled a new gathering for Wednesday at 18 p.m.
At tonight's protest, there was an incident when a group of gathered citizens tried to enter the Internal Department of the General Hospital in Nikšić, which was prevented by the police and security.
A large group of citizens gathered in front of the hospital to support the parents of the baby who died the night before in that institution.
The citizens demanded that the director of the hospital, Dušanka Milatović Perović, address them and explain what happened.
She came out, but the citizens interrupted her with shouts of "resign" and "murderer". In front of the Internal Department, the directors and the grandmother of the deceased baby were talking.
Citizens asked Milatović Perović whether he felt a moral obligation to resign both because of the baby and because of previous cases in that institution.
Citizens gathered to support the parents of the baby who died the night before in that institution.
The mother of the deceased baby, Darija Blagojević, previously said that they were asking for the dismissal of Milatović Perović, as well as the truth about the death of their baby.
"I'm looking for my Iskra's papers and to find out who was on shift that day, how they got their diploma and what the Ministry's delegation was doing here. This is not the first case, but I hope my Iskra is the last," said Darija Blagojević.
On Sunday evening, a two-day-old baby died in a hospital in Nikšić, and the competent institutions are investigating the case.
