No one is buying the exclusive plots of Prva banka yet

First Bank, of which he is the key owner Aco Djukanovic, the brother of the former president of the state and the opposition Democratic Party of Socialists Milo Đukanović, is still unsuccessfully looking for buyers for almost 74 thousand square meters of land it owns from Buljarica to Budva.

On the official website of Prva banka, there is still an offer for eight attractive plots of land, which the bank came into ownership of after the previous owners did not return the loans they had taken.

Several sources from the Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro (CIN-CG) confirmed that the younger Đukanović moved to Luxembourg soon after the 2020 elections and that he has already entered into new projects there, but also that he is trying to sell the bank.

A buyer is still being sought for the land complex on Košljun hill above Budva of 14.796 square meters, which the bank took from the Budva company SP Luna due to an unpaid loan.

It is about the former municipal land, which SP Luna bought at a fake auction, in order to sell it to the company of a Palestinian businessman Muhammad Rashid. The machinations surrounding the purchase and sale of land were prosecuted by the Special Prosecutor's Office in the affair known as "Košljun", which also received a court epilogue, and the municipal leaders who were imprisoned in Spuž for the damage done to the city coffers were arrested.

For years, the bank has been trying to sell the 8.231 square meter complex in Petrovac. It is a former resort that belonged to the Budva company "Sunny Hill", behind which stood people close to the head of the Budva criminal group. Svetozar Marović.

Namely, the company did not return the loan of 2,9 million euros that it took more than a decade ago from Prva banka, which then registered the land, and immediately put it up for sale.

"The properties are located on steep land located above the bus station in Petrovac, about 500 meters as the crow flies from the sea. A highway passes directly above the location. The building in question in Petrovac was used as a resort of the Ferial Association. The property is reached by a separate road from the local city road. The object is an old type of villa that was later added, located on a plot of land of 362 square meters. It was built of old natural stone on four cascaded floors, where there are five buildings with individual areas of 134, 101, 133, 12 and eight square meters," according to the Prva banka website, along with photos of the mentioned property.

Buyers are also being sought for a huge land complex of three and a half hectares in Buljarica, which, they say, is located above the Bar-Budva main road, on the right-hand side, about 750 meters from the main road.

Also for sale is 4.095 square meters in Kuljace, a plot of land located 2,5 kilometers above the main road Budva-Petrovac, near the old village school, a location called Bućina njiva.

Also for sale is an attractive plot of 1.358 square meters in Lučice bay near Petrovac, and several plots in Budva - a plot of 1.952 square meters in the Podkošljun settlement, 2.681 square meters in the Boljači Do settlement of Budva, as well as a complex of 5.558 square meters in the Maine settlement.

In addition to plots of land, the bank in Budva also sells five apartments in Budva.

Bemax and Mijajlović traded attractive real estate

Two years ago, the bank managed to sell two of the most attractive properties, which it also offered years ago.

Thus, as "Vijesti" announced in mid-November 2021, a large land complex of six thousand square meters in Miločerski Park was sold by Prva banka to the Podgorica company "Easy Drive" of the businessman Aleksandar Mijajlović, whom the media linked for years as part of the "team from Grand", the formal owner of the construction company Bemax.

It is about the land that the bank took over more than a decade ago from the company "San Investments", which is backed by a Serbian businessman Stanko Cane Subotic, because she did not return the loan of 2,2 million euros.

On the same day, the construction company Bemax was registered on an attractive land complex of 11 square meters opposite the "Splendid" hotel in Bečići, the former Titeks resort, which was owned by Prva banka.
