The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, visited the "Josip Marković" Cultural Center in Tivat and, in the presence of the President of the Municipality, Željko Komnenović, spoke with representatives of the Croatian National Council of Montenegro.
As announced by Milatović's cabinet, he expressed his belief that the municipality of Tivat and the Croatian National Council of Montenegro will succeed in finding a sustainable solution to enable the "Josip Marković Cultural Center to be a meeting point for the preservation and nurturing of Croatian cultural heritage" in the future.
"As a true jewel that refines and decorates our common house," added Milatović.
In the company of the president of the municipality of Kotor, Vladimir Jokić, he also met with the administration of the Bokeljska Navy, visited the Maritime Museum and the Kotor-Lovćen cable car.
"Through this visit, I once again convinced myself that the value of our cultural and historical wealth is immeasurable, and that tourist attractions such as the Kotor-Lovćen cable car represent an important element of the tourist offer that we need to improve in the coming period," said Milatović.
