Ulcinj is currently supplied with a total of 240 liters of mostly high-quality, physico-chemically and bacteriologically correct drinking water.

Ulcinj draws the most water from the source in Lisna Bora, 160 liters per second (l/s), then from two pumps at Bojana 25 l/s, from Donja Klezna 20 l/s, from Mid, Krut and Gornja Klezna 15l/s from Salča 5l/s. From the regional water supply, Ulcinj is supplied with 15 liters of water per second. The water from Bojana and from Lisna Bori is continuously chlorinated and bacteriologically tested, but due to various external influences such as the level of underground water or rainfall, the physical and chemical composition of the water is occasionally disturbed. The water from other sources and from the Regional Water Supply is of good quality, both physico-chemically and bacteriologically completely correct.
"Our citizens drink quality water," said Zaga.
He stated that during the season there were no major problems in supplying the city with water. During the season, the city and all the surrounding villages were supplied with 410 liters of water per second.
"We are facing a significant investment period since we have identified and located the places where we have to intervene," said Zaga.
Water and sewerage plans to spend over 330 euros on investments in the coming year. The estimated value of the construction of a new pipeline near the "London" tavern is 180 thousand euros, a new water supply line with a length of 3 kilometers in the village of Kolomza will cost 75 thousand euros, the value of works to improve the water supply in the lower part of the Old Town is estimated at 35 thousand euros, a multi-stage pump for the building in Klezna costs 25 euros, while the value of works on the replacement of pipelines in the village of Zoganje next to Nikić's house is 17 euros.
