The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) will be an active partner in the implementation of all projects and programs from education and other relevant areas of activity of the Council of Europe (CoE), said minister Anđela Jakšić Stojanović.
As announced by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, Jakšić Stojanović met today with the head of the SE Program Office in Podgorica, Lejla Dervišagić, and her colleagues.
"The reason for the visit was an agreement on cooperation between SE and the Ministry, with a focus on joint initiatives to improve the quality of overall education, and especially the education of children and young people from the most vulnerable categories, including the Roma and Egyptian population and people with disabilities," it says. in the statement.
SE representatives stated that they are ready to provide support, primarily in harmonizing domestic standards with SE standards and the legal acquis of the European Union as part of the enlargement process, as well as in specific activities aimed at improving the educational process in Montenegro.
"Jakšić Stojanović announced that the Ministry will be an active partner in the implementation of all projects and programs, both in education and in other relevant areas of activity of the SE," the statement says.
