The information that I was dismissed from the position of Technical Director of DOO Komunalnaj predezju Lim is incorrect
Namely, by the decision on the organization and systematization of workplaces of this company, the position of Technical Director was not determined, that is, it does not exist, so I neither performed those tasks nor could I be dismissed from the non-existent position.
The information that I increased my odds is incorrect
I emphasize that the acts of the utility company clearly establish the procedure and competences of the authorities for determining the coefficients, so the Board of Directors of the company, on the proposal of the Executive Director, determined the coefficient for ALL employees, including me, and this is pure misinformation. Therefore, I could not increase the coefficient for myself because, as I stated, the coefficient is increased at the proposal of the Executive Director, and I am not the Executive Director, and the proposal was adopted by the board of directors, which is a collective body, so it is completely unclear where the stated information came from and why the journalist who wrote the text, she did not check the accuracy of her sources, but decided to harm me with such baseless claims without any basis.
The information that I received three salaries was incorrectly and incompletely conveyed
As for my salary, it is true that I receive the basic salary for the position assigned to me by systematization. In addition to the above, I receive increased earnings on two completely justified grounds, namely:
An increase of 30 percent in the name of additional work, considering that I cover the position of Head of the cleaning work unit, which is a vacant position, and I receive this compensation until the same position is filled. I also did not determine the fee, nor could I determine it personally, but it was determined by the decision of the Executive Director. I would also like to add that I have repeatedly pointed out that it is really necessary to fill this vital position as soon as possible, and that I would be happy to give up the aforementioned increase if that position were to be filled. Therefore, it is clear that I received this salary increase quite legally, and without any initiative on my part
The second increase refers to the fact that I am a member of the Board of Directors of the company and that is the compensation received by all members of this body, and I think it is tendentious and malicious to highlight this circumstance in relation to me in a negative context. The maliciousness of this statement in the text is additionally reinforced by the following incorrect information that I "nominated myself as a member of the Board of Directors", which I will explain in the next point.
The information that I proposed myself as a member of the Board of Directors of Komunal is incorrect
Regarding this information, it is important to point out that I was elected as a member of the Board of Directors from among the employees in 2021 and that my mandate is 4 years, so it is clear that the selection procedure was not carried out this year, as it is maliciously and tendentiously stated in the text. . Through the procedure that was implemented in 2021, due to the restrictions due to the COVID-19 virus, I was elected by a convincing majority, by the votes of the employees, and I could not nominate myself as a member of the Board of Directors, but based on the implemented procedure, the Executive Director did it.
From all of the above, it is clear that the entire text is completely constructed on untruths and incorrect and unverified information. Due to the text written in this way, great damage has been caused to me, and my personal and professional reputation has been damaged, which I have taken care of throughout my career and which I will continue to do in the future. I will be forced to seek satisfaction from the competent authorities for the violation of integrity that was done to him by this text.
