The tourist organization of Bar announced that the funds planned for the New Year's fireworks will be diverted to the project of building a pet park.
"For the past few days, there has been a discussion in the public about fireworks and the issue of stress experienced by pets during various events. We also deeply appreciate the fact that an amendment to the agenda at the upcoming session of the Bar Municipality Assembly has been proposed in the form of a decision by which the mentioned funds would be spent differently. Bearing in mind that we must take care that no event has any negative context related to the spectacular New Year's program that is being prepared, we made the decision to spend the mentioned funds differently. - A pet park in our city," the announcement states.
