A new criminal complaint was filed against Pavličić: It is suspected that she falsified the decision on the nostrification of the diploma

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation today filed a new criminal complaint against the assistant director of the Institute for Public Health (IJZ) Miljana Pavličić on suspicion that she falsified decisions on diploma certification, Vijesti has learned.

"On November 29, 2023, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to the well-founded suspicion that the MoJ intends to use a false or untrue document (that is, a decision of the Ministry of Education and Science) as a real one, on the basis of which it is reasonably suspected that the MoJ committed the criminal offense of falsifying a document from Article 412 of the Criminal Code," the statement of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation points out.

From that ministry, they said that they also expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their competences and powers, in order to solve this important institutional problem.
