In the period from April 7 to September 30 this year, the new management of the Bijelo Polska company Komunalno "Lim" managed to save more than 80 thousand euros.
"The new management of Komunalno 'Lim', right after the beginning of its mandate, undertook a series of restrictive measures and activities aimed at reducing total costs, and these savings are reflected in the 13 points of savings foreseen in the plan of restrictive measures. For a period of time that is shorter than six months, we managed to reduce the costs of basic materials by 50 percent, that is, in the same period of the previous year, this cost amounted to 44.714 euros, and after the successfully implemented measures, it amounts to 22.792 euros, which is 21.922 euros less." , said the director of Komunalno Muradif Grbović.
102 euros were spent on fuel and lubricants, which is 863 euros less than in the same period of the previous year.
"The cost of hiring a person through a work contract is 6.412 euros lower compared to the same period of the previous year. The costs for the purchase of tires are lower by 3.740 euros, the costs of non-production services are lower by 9.495 euros, the costs of maintaining fixed assets are lower by 3.581 euros, and the costs of the national team are lower by 1.597 euros," said Grbović.
He said that the costs of compensation to natural persons based on the hiring of machines have increased, by the amount of 14.405 euros compared to the same period of the previous year, because immediately after taking office they were greeted by a vehicle fleet in a very bad condition, which renewed, serviced and overhauled.
"During the overhaul process, we managed to put back into operation machines that had not been in operation for more than six years. The cost related to the payment of jubilee awards was also increased by the amount of 13.486 euros. It is about the payment of rewards to employees for every 10 years of work in this company, which right belongs to them according to the Collective Agreement. The payment of this award to the employees was never made before the new management took office", said Grbović.
