In the past seven days, 201 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Montenegro, and two people died as a result of the infection.
The Institute for Public Health (IJZ) announced that their and other public and private laboratories, which deal with the diagnosis of coronavirus infection, completed the analysis from Wednesday to Tuesday and submitted results for 1.871 samples.
The IJZ stated on Twitter that 69 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Podgorica, 32 in Nikšić, 24 in Kotor, 18 in Budva, 13 in Bar, and eight in Herceg Novi.
Seven new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in Danilovgrad and Mojkovac each, five in Tivat, four in Bijela Polje, three each in Beran, Pljevlja and Cetinje.
Two new cases each were registered in Anrdijevica and Petnjica, and one was recorded in Kolašin.
Since the beginning of the epidemic in March 2020, 295,1 cases of corona virus infection have been registered in Montenegro.
