Award of the Union of Employers (UPCG) for Community Care through the application of socially responsible business policies this year was awarded yesterday Crnogorski Telekom. Telekom reminds that this is the fifth award for social responsibility that the Union of Employers has presented to Telekom in the last few years.
Telekom points out that this significant recognition came at the end of a very dynamic and successful business year.
"On behalf of Crnogorski Telekom and all our employees, I thank the Union of Employers for this prestigious award. This is a very valuable award because it comes from employers' associations, companies that are often seen only through the prism of making a profit, but we have proven that we also care about society and the community in which we operate.
Providing free internet to all school institutions in Montenegro is one of the excellent activities and services we have done in the previous period. We will continue on this path, primarily through the development and provision of benefits that electronic communications bring to our lives", said Pavle Đurović, Director of the Corporate and Legal Affairs Sector at Crnogorski Telekom and Company Secretary, at the presentation of the award.
That path is traced by Telekom's aspiration to provide users with the highest quality services with an active and constant contribution to the development of the community in which we operate and of which we are a part, said Đurović.
"The areas we will focus on in the future are the development of the information society, environmental protection and development of the local community, through project support and cooperation with non-profit organizations and institutions in the fields of culture, sports and education. said Đurović during the ceremony at the CUE hotel in Podgorica, and concluded: "Only with the joint efforts and dedication of all social actors, we can contribute to the improvement of overall living conditions, in order to create a more modern, healthy and sustainable society."
He also thanked the Employers' Union for its support through a professional, objective and courageous approach to the challenges behind Telekom.
