Executive director of the "Trebjesa" Brewery in the final of the prestigious Women in Sales Awards competition

As the only representative of Montenegro, Ćalasan found herself in the company of the top nine women who achieved significant achievements in the field of sales in the year behind us.

This important competition in the business world this year included over 90 companies from 27 countries, which participated in more than 400 nominations in 22 different categories. Ćalasan was nominated for this award by Molson Coors Central and Eastern Europe, to which the "Trebjesa" Brewery belongs.

"It is a great honor, first of all, to be nominated for such an award, especially if the nomination comes from a large brewing group to which we belong and which encourages and promotes female power in business. Being in the company of amazing and talented women is truly a privilege, especially considering that I come from a small country and an industry that until recently was considered an exclusively male industry. This is not only my success, but also the success of the company I belong to, which promotes a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion", she said is Calasan.

Ćalasan explains that the evaluation process and the whole way to the final was very intense, but at the same time useful and motivating.

"This whole process made us even more aware of the importance and role of women in the company and all the processes we go through together. I believe that companies should engage even more and emphasize supporting their female sales leaders through awards like WISA. I hope that other female colleagues will recognize their capacities and decide to take this step, and I will, for sure, advocate the development and promotion of talented women in my country and the FMCG industry even more.", she concluded Sad.

The winners of this year's "WISA - Women in Sales Awards" were announced on December 7 at a formal ceremony in London.
