The demolition of lamella C, in the Zabjelo neighborhood of Podgorica, below Ljubovići, is scheduled for Wednesday at eight o'clock, the company "PS Gradnja", which is the investor of the disputed residential building, told "Vijesta".
They also said that they will have the assistance of Police Department officials for the demolition procedure.
There are 83 apartments in the disputed lamella and, as the tenant's representative Čedomir Radičević announced a few days ago, they have all been sold.
"The fact is that 'PS gradnja' sold all the apartments in that building, 83 of them, of which 90 percent are registered in the public cadastre books to the buyers to whom we sold the apartments, while the registration process is ongoing for the remaining 10 percent." he stated in the statement he delivered to the media on Friday.
Radičević then mentioned that the disputed building, based on the decision of the construction and urban inspection of the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Urbanism, will be demolished by the investor himself. This was confirmed by "PS Gradnje" on the same day.
