The Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro organized an Alumni and Friends evening where, in the presence of alumni and business partners, awards were presented to the best students of the Faculty of Economics.
"With the noble idea of connecting all graduated students, the initiative to establish the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Economics was launched. Our goal is to bring together graduated students and to jointly transmit the values of academic integrity, freedom, humanity, philanthropy and optimism that carries the entrepreneurial spirit of man to the younger generations," he announced. is the dean of the Faculty of Economics, Mijat Jocović.
From the new generation of students of the Faculty of Economics, reports Mediabiro.tv, 28 stood out for their dedication and success and were awarded student awards this year.
"Our award-winning students promote the thesis that they are not only people of success, but people of value. By promoting their success, together we send a message that is necessary for our society and that is unfortunately not heard enough - that education is a key component for achieving individual, social and economic progress." , it was announced from the Faculty of Economics.
After the recognition, the award-winning student Stevan Đurić addressed numerous guests on behalf of all the students.
"On behalf of the awarded students, I want to emphasize the importance of this award, which is reflected in the fact that hard work and dedication are appreciated. It is not only a symbol of recognition of past achievements, but also an incentive for future efforts. I hope that my example will be an inspiration for my fellow students to continue dedicatedly and with passion towards their goals because I believe that each of us has the potential for great achievements," said Đurić.
The alumni club also marked the year of its existence, although the club has existed informally since the establishment of the Faculty of Economics itself.
"With this much presence and your benevolence, we confirm that we are the largest and most complex family in Montenegro. A family in which altruism, togetherness and knowledge are the basic principles of existence," said the president of the Alumni Club, Milivoje Radović.
Radović thanked all benefactors of this club and company owners who helped to equip the Alumni Club, which will organize alumni evenings every month from next year.
