The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation alerted the Budva police, the Center for Social Work and the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor due to the suspicion that the Budva resident SM falsified the educational documents for his three daughters, in order not to enroll them in the Budva institution as honors.

The criminal complaint against him, it was officially announced from that department, was filed by the director of the Secondary Mixed School "Danilo Kiš". Krsto Vuković, who discovered that none of the two high school girls, the daughters of S.M., attended the schools in Serbia from which the transcripts were brought when enrolling in that Budva institution.

According to the Ministry's announcement, S. M. did the same when enrolling her youngest daughter in the "Ivo Vizin" Elementary School in Prčanje, which is why she is the school's director. Petra Ćetković filed a criminal complaint against him.

"Vijesti" has learned unofficially that the story started last year when the man from Budva came to the "Danilo Kiš" Junior High School and asked the school management that his daughter finish the first high school, that is, the last classification period in that school.

He submitted documents to the institution that the student had previously attended the "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" Gymnasium in Odžaci (Serbia). In the report card, it was written that the girl was an honors student with all A's, and that before Odžak, she attended the Gymnasium in Bijelo Polje, from which she also graduated and came to that town in Vojvodina.

According to unofficial information, the school administration came to meet and the girl, allegedly with the support of the professor so that her success would not be ruined, finished the class with all A's.

However, the man from Budva decides to enroll his middle daughter in Gymnasia in Budva, and then brings documents that she graduated from the elementary school "Milan Rakić" in New Belgrade.

Then, according to unofficial information, the director of "Danilo Kiš" Junior High School, Krsto Vuković, became suspicious that the girls were bringing documents from different schools, so he decided to check the papers that the parents had brought.

The Novobeograd school replied to the Budva school administration that the girl was never their student, which is why they could never issue her a discharge certificate.

Then there was a check for the older girl, and then, according to sources from the Budva school, a shock followed - she did not attend the school in Bijelo Polje, nor in Odžaci, but the documents in question were falsified.

Vuković then reported the case to the Ministry of Education and submitted extensive documentation, but also filed a criminal complaint.

As we learn, the youngest daughter, who is enrolled in the Elementary School "Ivo Vizin" in Prčanje, is also with forged documents. That school also reported S.M. to the police, and submitted the documentation to the relevant Ministry.

"Regarding the above, all competent state authorities have been informed, and they have informed us that they are undertaking activities within their powers. In the previous period, that department filed several criminal charges on suspicion of falsification of foreign educational documents of higher education, 11 of which were allegedly obtained at public institutions of higher education in the region, and three at private ones, as well as 14 criminal charges on suspicion of falsification of foreign educational documents of secondary education level.

"Vijesti" was previously told that in the same period, one criminal complaint was filed due to the well-founded suspicion of falsification of the decision on the nostrification of the educational document.

It is a forgery Miljana Pavličić, until recently the assistant of the Institute of Public Health, who, in addition to falsifying certificates of completed studies, also forged the Ministry's nostrification decision more than 10 years ago, which "Vijesti" recently wrote about...
