Drljević said that after "the re-election of Raonic as director of RTCG, nothing was changed in the contract that is posted on the RTCG website".
"I will not answer the name-calling that comes from here, so that some media will not be fed. I invite the members of the Council, if they doubt my actions, to go to court. Based on the arguments you have, feel free to start a court case. I will not run away, I will respond." said the president of the RTCG Council.
He said that he is not defending himself and that he is ready for any criticism.
"I want it to be done in the correct tone, even through a court case," said Drljević, adding that he will no longer defend himself during the Council session.
Marijana Camović Veličković said that the minutes are for the public, because "there is a very small number of people who can attend the sessions of the Council".
"I gave up trying to make the record look decent a long time ago. That's why I take care of what I said and what is important to me, so that it appears in them. We received an email with the record where it was said 'Submit comments'. I did that. ..," said Camović Veličković.
She emphasized that she "does not feel certain that everything she says at the sessions of the RTCG Council will be recorded in the minutes".
Camović Veličković said that citizens should respond more to the Ombudsman on the work of the Public Service.
"However, the citizens here do not know who the RTCG ombudsman is because she is not represented anywhere on the public service. You cannot see that there is an ombudsman, who he is and what he does. This can be seen from the complaints of a few citizens... The public service is completely on the side of his ombudsman... You can't see anything against Boris Raonic on public service media," Camović Veličković said.
She emphasized that, despite all the praise, the work of the public service is still not at a satisfactory level. He points out that the work of the Ombudsman is not visible, because "that institution is hiding".
Camović Veličković said that free will in choosing the same external auditor for 2024 is very problematic.
Rakočević said that "the audit was not carried out in four days, but that the auditor worked on it much longer".
Filip Lazović said that "negotiations must be made with an auditing company whose services will not exceed 8.000 euros".
Camović Veličković said that she did not notice the price of the complete redesign of the logo and media.
She asked what will be sponsored with 120.000 euros and why it is necessary.
"The plan looks like the public service is starting from scratch. It seems that, if the budget is not approved, nothing will come of it... In a country where laws are not valid, regulations are not respected, this means that Boris Raonic will have three and a half million euros less to waste..." said Camović Veličković.
It said the financial plan would be discussed on Friday.
Goran Rakočević said that they decided to "earn 20 million for the next year".
The amount of personal income is higher because, as he says, of the new collective agreement.
"The coefficients for the complexity of jobs for employees with a secondary education have been increased. We have a significant increase in wages, which as a fixed cost, in the next year, would significantly complicate that original plan and everything planned by it. Almost three and a half million it would not be easy to get out of this plan... There should and must be an increase in funds. If the funds are the same as this year, it would be more difficult to pass with all the funds. The costs for production and production of our own program have increased. We had a plan to film, to invest in equipment...", Rakočević pointed out.
Miranović said that the budget must be rebalanced already in January next year.
"It would be smarter to rebalance and then increase it, than to increase it and then immediately decrease it..." said Miranović.
Camović Veličković admonished Drljević for scheduling the RTCG Council session for December 25.
"I'm spending Christmas here with you... I accept that punishment. I'm sure you wouldn't schedule this session for January 7," pointed out Camović Veličković.
Predrag Miranović pointed out that "television does not shy away from tricky topics, but could devote itself more to investigative journalism."
Filip Lazović said that he was glad that "citizens see trust in the public service". He pointed out that there is room for improvement in work. He said that RTCG should take on a stronger educational character.
The program and production (PP) plan for 2024 was also adopted at the session.
Marijana Camović Veličković said that "the PP plan template is very bad".
"Nothing can be concluded from it. It only has the name of the show and the broadcast number, which is not a good way of communicating with the Council and the public. The main complaint is that the structure of the program cannot be seen," Camović Veličković said.
She pointed out that the journalism of the Public Service is still "not at a satisfactory level".
"Journalism of this nature should not be on RTCG. The portal has unsigned news. You just throw out something, and it is not any known form of journalism. It is not news, information, an article... It is just something. In the best hands is raw material. You can have as many columns as you want and be modern, if you don't practice journalism properly it is not a good portal, no matter how much is invested in it. I would draw your attention to it, because these phenomena are worrying. Many texts do not pass the editorial filter , but only raw materials are thrown out. It should be below the level of public service," Camović Veličković assessed.
The director of online media, Bojana Čađenović, said that the RTCG portal is trotting behind other media because "they check the information for a long time and thoroughly".
Boris Raonic said that the programming-production plan was made in the constitutive process. He emphasized that almost all employees participated with many good ideas.
"If the Public Service has fewer funds than in the previous year, this will affect the very implementation of the PP plan. We had to take into account the current legislation..." said Raonic.
Director of TVCG Marija Tomašević said that the PP plan relies on "extending the already existing program scheme".
"We will leave the prime time shows and the informative ones. The fact that they keep the same name does not mean that they did not innovate. We strengthened the entertainment shows and returned them to the prime time slot. We were sorry that we did not have an entertainment program. If there is a reduction in the budget , we will have to give up new programs. In addition to three films, we are also planning a series. Everything we planned was in line with the budget we thought we had, but more on that later..." said Tomašević.
The director of the RCG, Milan Knežević, pointed out that 120 hours of programs are broadcast on a daily basis and that a radio channel in the Albanian language is being prepared.
Amina Murić praised the show "The Trace of Crime in Štrpci".
"This is an important step forward for television. There were similar shows in the previous period, but I am especially happy that a topic like this is being addressed. I am happy that there are shows and films adapted for visually impaired and blind people. I encourage programs for minorities as well," she said. Murić.
Council members also said that there will be more focus on youth programs.
Milica Špajak pointed out that she is glad that there is "greater interest in the public service program".
Veselin Drljević told Camović Veličković that "she is not interested in the work of the Council and that she is not right about the sessions of the Council that she does not know about".
Camović Veličković emphasized that in "continuity, the work of the Council is being violated."
"At the end of June 2022, you hid letters and memos for an external audit. That was the main reason for initiating your dismissal...", she said, adding that she was "completely exempted from the work of the RTCG Council".
Council member Predrag Miranović said that he "wants to use his right and discuss the dismissal of Drljevic".
Today, there will be no discussion about the dismissal of Drljevic from the position of president of the RTCG Council.
Filip Lazović suggested postponing the debate on Camović Veličković's initiative to dismiss the President of the RTCG Council Veselin Drljević for "another time, due to ambiguities".
Council member Amina Murić said that Camović Veličković's initiative has no foundation and that it should be removed from the agenda.
Camović Veličković said that she submitted an initiative to dismiss Drljević as president.
"It is important to me that this is on the agenda so that we can all say what we have. It is excellent information for me that Veselin Drljević remains the president of the RTCG Council with all the violations and that it is okay with you, and for me it is even better information than if you today you remove... You give me a picture of what this Council is like. If you want not to discuss this, you can, but I don't want to. You removed me as a member of the Council. You don't inform me as the vice president of the Council. I insist that this stay on the agenda," Camović Veličković said.
