The Acting Secretary of the Secretariat for Social Welfare of the Capital City, Ida Kolinović, and the Secretary General of the Red Cross of Montenegro, Jelena Dubak, signed today the Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Social Protection.
The protocol defines joint obligations and activities for the provision of community life support services aimed at improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
The Secretariat for Social Welfare has allocated a total of 115.000 euros from the 2024 budget for the projects "Support services for life in the community for people with disabilities" and "Mobile teams - mediation in the community for people with disabilities".
"This is another example of the capital's dedicated and continuous efforts to improve human rights, living conditions and the position of people with disabilities," the announcement states.
