The health union announced that it will "take all measures" and initiate "all activities provided for by law" in order to correct, as they said, discrimination against middle, senior and senior medical personnel in Montenegro as soon as possible.
""We hereby inform the public and all healthcare workers that during the year, the Health Trade Union of Montenegro sent requests to the Ministry of Health of Montenegro on several occasions in order to correct major errors in the Branch Collective Agreement for healthcare activities and to correct discrimination against nurses and technicians who today they have by far the lowest coefficients for the corresponding level of qualification in the country. There was no response to the requests. In this regard, the Health Union of Montenegro will take all measures and initiate all activities provided for by law in order to correct discrimination against middle, senior and senior medical staff in Montenegro as soon as possible," announced the president of the Health Union, Vladimir Pavićević.
