The installation of computer equipment in schools in Montenegro began with the equipping of two classrooms in the Radojica Perović Primary School in Podgorica, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) announced yesterday.
On that occasion, the relevant minister Anđela Jakšić Stojanović said that the goal of the Ministry is to create conditions for quality education.
"Our goal is to create conditions for quality education, because an extraordinary Montenegro is looking for extraordinary knowledge, and with young people who are our most valuable resource, I'm sure we can achieve extraordinary results," said Jakšić Stojanović.
The Ministry recalled that, based on the contract signed in November, computer equipment worth over 6,3 million euros was provided, namely 4.575 computers, 1.133 laptops, 1.806 televisions, 516 projectors and 445 printers.
According to them, in the coming period, 210 classrooms and 2.020 offices will be equipped in all educational institutions in Montenegro.
"The installation will be completed during the winter vacation, so our children will start the second half of the year in much better conditions," the Ministry's statement said.
