With the new decision of the authorities from the city company "Čistoća", the company "Eurozox" from Danilovgrad has been chosen for the first phase of the expansion of the Shelter for Abandoned and Lost Pets at Vrele Ribnički. The offer of the company "Ađi invest", which was initially selected for the job, has now been rejected as incorrect.

"Ađi invest" from Nikšić was selected for the job with an offer of 170.154 euros, but the state commission ordered a retrial, after the company "Erlang" complained.

The commission has now accepted the offer of "Eurozox", which is 180.406,17 euros, and the offer of the company "Refena" was also correct, which asked for 192.078,62 euros for the construction, while "Erlangova" was rejected again.

"The commission, comparing the submitted evidence of the bidder with the requested evidence from the tender documentation of the client, found that the correct bids were 'Eurozox' doo Danilovgrad and 'Refena' doo Podgorica. The 'Eurozox' offer was evaluated as first-ranked, and 'Refene' second-ranked," the explanation for the new decision states.

Re-examination, assessment of correctness and evaluation of bids was carried out by the Committee for Opening and Evaluation of Bids at a closed session on August XNUMX.

In the decision of the State Commission, which is signed by the President Zoran Živković, "Čistoća" undertakes to compensate the company "Erlang" for the amount of 2.030 euros for the fee paid for conducting the proceedings and for the expenses for drawing up the appeal in the amount of 700 euros.

The tender for the first phase, which consists of the construction of 124 boxes for dogs according to the "turnkey" system, was estimated at 203.000 euros.

On July 17, the company "Erlang" appealed against the initial decision, stating, among other things, that the offer of the company "Ađi invest" was incorrect, because their chief engineer did not have three but one year of work experience in the profession.

In the complaint, they also stated that "Ađi invest" offered sand of inadequate granulation.

The shelter at Vrele Ribnički currently has 40 boxes, 30 open and 10 closed, for housing abandoned dogs.
