The Institute for Hydrometeorology and Seismology registered around midnight an earthquake measuring 3,5 on the Richter scale four kilometers west of Koplik in Albania, which was also felt in Montenegro.
As announced on the Institute's website, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 23 kilometers.
"Based on the theoretical model of the macroseismic field of this region, the magnitude of the earthquake and the depth of the hypocenter, this earthquake could not cause material damage in the epicentral area," the statement said.
