"This certificate represents a kind of acknowledgment of our long-term work and commitment to consumers, and its renewal is a confirmation that we have justified the trust shown. But we will not stop there. We continue to keep up with the times, listening to the wishes and needs of our consumers, constantly improving the quality of the offer and service we provide," she said. The Center for Consumer Protection notes that the mentioned certificate indicates that it is a company that, in addition to legally prescribed obligations, offers additional value in the area of consumer protection, and that it provides some kind of security to consumers and significantly increases their trust in the company.
"Fair with the consumer" certificate is a sign of trust, reputation and guaranteed good practice in relations with consumers. Idea-CG recognized the importance of a fair relationship with the consumer as a competitive advantage on the market, and after it was determined that it met all the criteria, it was awarded this certificate. This is a company that places consumer protection high on the priority list, and in this sense Idea-CG can really serve as a good example for others," said Olga Nikčević in front of the Center for Consumer Protection.
