Installation of computer equipment began in Danilovgrad and Cetinje schools on Saturday, during which classrooms and classrooms will be equipped with computers, laptops, televisions, printers and projectors.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) reminded that, based on the contract signed in November last year, computer equipment worth more than six million euros was provided.
"It is planned to equip 210 classrooms and 2.020 cabinets in all educational institutions in Montenegro," said the MPNI.
As they said, on Saturday and today IT teams are installing computer equipment in schools in Cetinje and Danilovgrad.
The MPNI stated that the equipment in Cetinje will be installed in the Elementary School "Hunting Partisan Detachment", where 16 computers, a 65-inch television, and a multifunctional printer will be installed in the computer classroom.
They added that 15 more computers, 15 65-inch TVs and three laptops will be installed in the classrooms of that school.
"In Njegoš Primary School, 16 computers, a 65-inch TV, and a multifunctional printer have been installed in the computer classroom, while the classrooms are equipped with 16 computers, 16 65-inch TVs, and four laptops," the statement said.
It is stated that 16 computers, a 65-inch TV, and a multifunctional printer were installed in the "Petra Lubarda" High School of Fine Arts in the computer classroom, while three computers, three 65-inch TVs, and one laptop were installed in the other classrooms.
In the Cetinje High School, it was added, 16 computers, a 65-inch TV and a multi-function printer were installed in the computer classroom, while the classrooms each received three computers and a 65-inch TV, as well as two laptops.
The MPNI said that 16 computers, a 65-inch TV, and a multifunctional printer were installed in the "Petar I Petrović Njegoš" Gymnasium in Danliovgrad, while the classrooms have three computers, a 65-inch TV, and a laptop.
"In Elementary School "Njegoš" in Spuž, there are 16 computers, a 65-inch TV and a multifunctional printer for the computer classroom, and 11 computers and TVs and 4 laptops each will be installed in the other classrooms," said the MPNI.
As they said, 132 computers, two TVs and two multifunctional printers have been provided for the computer classroom in the elementary school "Vuko Jovović", while 18 computers and TVs and six laptops will be installed in the other classrooms.
In the computer classroom of Elementary School "Milosav Koljenšić" there will be three computers, a 55-inch TV and a multifunctional printer, while the classrooms will have four computers and TVs and one laptop.
It is stated that there will be five laptops, four projectors and one multi-function printer in the classrooms of the Elementary School "Blažo Mraković".
"Vuko Jovović - "Marko Lakić" elementary school regional unit received three computers and three 55-inch TVs, "Miladin Perović" regional unit received two laptops and two projectors, as well as "Vlajko Brajović" regional unit", the announcement says.
It is added that two laptops and two projectors will be installed in the regional unit of Elementary School "Njegoš" in Novi Selo, while two regional units of Elementary School "Milosav Koljenšić" in Kujava and Mijokusovići will receive one laptop and a projector each.
"The goal of MPNI is to create conditions for quality education of young people, which has a strong impact on their future," the announcement concludes.
