The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation submitted four more criminal charges to prosecutors due to suspicion of falsification of educational documents, and this time foreign nationals SADYBD and SB tried to defraud the system

Applications were submitted to the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica.
As reported, it is suspected that those four persons submitted false and untrue educational documents, which, in the process of recognizing foreign educational documents on acquired secondary and primary education, the competent secondary and primary schools determined that they were not credible.
Based on this, the Ministry says, there is a reasonable suspicion that the persons of SADYBD and SB have committed the crime of falsifying a document under Article 412 of the Criminal Code.
"We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their competences and powers, with the aim of solving this significant institutional problem," the announcement reads.
