The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation filed two criminal reports with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica against foreign nationals of MSK and PA, due to the suspicion that false and untrue educational documents were submitted.
This is stated, among other things, in the announcement of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, in which they explained that the persons of MSK and PA submitted educational documents which, in the process of recognition of foreign educational documents on acquired higher education, the competent faculties determined that they were not authentic public documents.
"Based on this, it is reasonably suspected that the KSC and PA persons have committed the criminal offense of falsifying a document from Article 412 of the Criminal Code. We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their competences and powers, in order to solve this important institutional problem." they concluded.
