The Podgorica city company "Vodovod i kanalizacija" announced that the water from the Mareza water source is safe for drinking.
"All parameters are within the permissible limits defined by legal regulations. According to the latest results of the analyzes we performed, the turbidity of the water has receded and we have values that are below the limits, so the water from the tap is safe to drink," the announcement states.
Yesterday it was announced that the heavy rainfall in Podgorica caused increased turbidity of the water at the source of Mareza.
