Today, the Basic Court in Kotor did not pronounce a verdict in the case against the former president of the Municipality of Budva Marko Carević, his son Milan and their company "Carinvest" due to the illegal occupation of state property and the construction of buildings without a permit in the village of Krimovica in Grbalje.
The judge in that case and the spokesman of the Kotor court, Veljko Bulatović, told Television Vijesti that the trial was postponed to March 27, because it was established that expert witness Miladin Čepić is no longer on the list of court experts, since he did not renew his license, so his findings cannot be used. in this case.
Maja Borozan was hired as the new expert. The verdict could be pronounced on March 27, if Borozan makes and concludes the findings by then.
The indictment against Tsarević was filed in August last year, and MANS wrote about the construction in Krimovica as early as 2020, stating that "Carinvest" built an agricultural complex on half a million square meters of state land, where buildings were built without a permit.
With a lawsuit against the state in November 2021, Tsarević's company demanded that its ownership of more than 620 state-owned square meters in Krimovica be recognized.
