The Board of Directors (BoD) of the Montefarm Pharmacy of Montenegro had 11 regular and several electronic sessions in a period of almost three years, and on that basis they were paid 90.212 euros net.
This was announced by "Montefarm", reacting to the findings of the State Audit Institution, which stated in its audit report that the Board of Directors met three times during 2022, and that the president and members of that management body were paid 49,5 thousands of euros.

Montefarm stated that their data refers to the period from April 15, 2021 to February 1 of this year.
They announced that the president of OD "Montefarm" Žan Mrdović attended all 11 sessions, that he earned 28.012 euros, or 2.546 euros per session.
"OD member Emir Muzurović was present at five sessions, and he earned 18.800 euros, or 3.760 per session. Milovan Živković was present at 10 sessions, and he earned 18.800 euros, that is, 1.880 per session", it was announced from "Montefarm".
They specify that OD member Predrag Mićunović attended all 11 sessions, as well as that he earned a total of 18.800 euros, or 1.709 per session.
Milena Vojinović Šoškić, according to Montefarma, has been a member of the Board of Directors of that institution since the beginning of May last year.
"From the date of her appointment, she attended three regular sessions, earning a total of 5.800 euros, i.e. 1.933 per session. From the above, it can be clearly seen that the members of the Board of Directors of ZUACG Montefarm, who were the representatives of the founders (four of them) and the representative of the community of founders in the period from 15/4/2021 to 1/2/2024, based on their membership in the same, as well as regular 11 and several electronic sessions, a total of 90.212,5 euros were paid," Montefarm concluded.
The SAI gave a positive opinion on the Annual Financial Report of "Montefarm" for 2022, and a negative opinion on the regularity of operations.
